A graduate of Oregon State University with an engineering and business degree, he brings critical thinking and real-life remodeling experience to the boutique hotel market.

Co-Founder and CTO, Alex Marin-Serghie brings years of experience in the industrial and residential construction industry. Founder of a residential architectural firm in the Pacific Northwest, he’s worked on remodeling and alternative living solution designs with a focus on sustainable THOW and modular homes. Passionate about design and technology, he’s actively developing streamlined asset analysis tools for the boutique hotel space.
